Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. This lets us to send bugs and enahancement requests to the developers for improving your product. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests.

Submit a new support request. Please provide as much detail as possible so we can best assist you. Include your Operating System, and Outlook version (where applicable). To update a previously submitted ticket, please use the form to the right. A valid email address is required. NOTE: If you use an email confirmation service, such as SpamArrest, please add encryptomatic.com to your safe domain list. We are not able to respond to activation requests from these services, and this may prevent you from receiving our response.
