To see which version of MsgViewer Pro you have, open MsgViewer and go to About>Help. The version number will be at the bottom of the page.
Updates: The latest version of MsgViewer Pro is 3.1 (build 1065) is available to users who have purchased MsgViewer Pro during the past 12 months. Please click here to download the update. Do not download unless you have a licensed version of MsgViewer Pro on your computer.
Your product order number may be required.

Maintenance Policy:
Free upgrades for MsgViewer Pro are available for one full year from the data of purchase.
Version 2.8 users: Since MsgViewer 3.0, a new license key is required to upgrade. If you purchased MsgViewer 2.8 within the past 12 months or if you purchased a maintenance and support contract, you may upgrade for free to version 3.0. To do this, please contact support through the online ticket system, and request a version 3.0 key.
