How does PDF Postman work?

The sender begins by composing a new email window in Microsoft Outlook, clicks the “PDF Encrypt Email” button, and sends the message. PDF Postman will then prompt the sender for a password if it doesn’t already have one stored in its database, and will then encrypt the message and attachments using strong AES-128 encryption.

Because PDF viewers are available for virtually every mobile and computing platform, the recipient can receive the encrypted PDF file on nearly any device.   After entering the password, the recipient is able to view the email message and extract file attachments from the PDF file.

How Can Non-Profit Organizations Claim a PDF Postman license?
Encryptomatic LLC is providing a free 10-user license of PDF Postman valued at $399 to up to 1,000 U.S. IRS 501(C)(3) qualified non-profit organizations.
