New MVCOM Component for developers makes it easy to integrate Email content into their applications.

Encryptomatic® LLC today announced the availability of MVCOM™, a powerful software component for developers who need to incorporate email content into their applications across multiple email formats including .MSG and .EML formatted messages, and Microsoft®Outlook® .PST files when MAPI is present on the computer.
MVCOM is based on Encryptomatic’s version 3 code of MSGViewer Pro, the popular viewer software for accessing .eml, .msg and .pst files.
With MVCOM developers can access key fields in email messages, and then display or extract their contents. MVCOM is based on COM technology, so it can be integrated into applications written in any of the many programming languages supporting this technology.
MVCOM also provides an ActiveX control to display the email message body including Plain Text, HTML, Rich Text (RTF), or save to disk.
With MVCOM, common email message properties may be accessed, including:
- Email attachments (extract or display)
- Sender Address
- Recipient Address (TO)
- Hidden Recipients (BCC)
- Copy recipients (CC)
- Delivery Time
- Subject
- Message Body
- Message Identifier

MVCOM replaces Encryptomatic’s MsgAPI product. Users of MsgAPI are eligible for a free upgrade to MVCOM.
