Extract Outlook Email: How to Save Your Outlook Email to Other Formats?

If you need to extract important email addresses in your Outlook email inbox, or your pst file, here are a couple of ways you can do that.

Method 1

PST Viewer Pro is a pst viewer software application for Microsoft Windows. You can use PST Viewer Pro to open your Outlook emails and then extract them to a comma separated values .csv file. You can then import the file into Excel or Open Office, where you can manipulate the eliminate the fields you don't want, and sort the email addresses. PstViewer does not require the presence of Outlook.

Method 2

MessageExport is an add-in for Microsoft Outlook 2013/2016/2019/365 that will extract your selected emails to many different formats, including .csv comma separated values that can be imported into Excel.
