Introducing PstViewer Pro™
Since 2006, PstViewer Pro™ by Encryptomatic® LLC is the premier Windows software tool for viewing and managing your Outlook emails, without Outlook. It works with any .pst/.ost file, from Outlook 98 to Outlook 2019/365.
PstViewer Pro is used to organize, discover, print, and convert emails even if they were created by different mail clients. In addition to Outlook .pst files, it gives you access to many other email formats supported by dozens of email clients, including Thunderbird.
Supported e-mail formats include PST, OST, MSG, EML, MHTML, Winmail.dat, and MBOX.
PstViewer Pro can combine different email files into a single searchable email list. Don't fuss with multiple viewers or email clients when PstViewer Pro alone will let you view and search your emails.
More than a decade of software development has been invested in PstViewer Pro. During that time, hundreds of mal-formatted email exceptions have been discovered in the wild and incorporated directly into PstViewer Pro. PstViewer Pro has been built with a focus on rendering complex emails including rich text with embedded graphics, SmartArt with embedded charts, shapes and drawings, and more.
PstViewer Pro was designed for office workers who don't have hours to spend learning how to use software. To get started, first select the Outlook .pst or .ost file you want to investigate.
To do this, go to File > Open and then select folder containing your .pst file. Emails in the.pst file will be displayed in the folder explorer. You can expand the pst file to reveal its folder structure. Clicking on a .pst file causes PstViewer Pro to display the emails in its Mail List window. PST to PDF Conversion PstViewer Pro™ lets you convert Outlook .pst emails as PDF documents. It also exports msg, eml, ost, and mht files to PDF.
A range of pdf export options have been included in PstViewer Pro so you can decide how to best handle email file attachments: extract them to a disk, convert them into the pdf image, or embed them as individual files.
Support is included for ISO 19005-1, an important email archiving standard also known as PDF/A. That's why PstViewer Pro has been chosen by email archivists, and has been purchased by several U.S. presidential libraries.
For system administrators, PstViewer Pro supports commandline conversion of email to PDF.
PstViewer Pro is perfect for light to moderate email-to-pdf conversion tasks. For heavier duty exports, we recommend the MailDex® email management tool.

Opens All Outlook Pst Files Read .pst and .ost files created by any version of Microsoft Outlook, including newer Unicode and older ANSI formatted .pst files.
System administrators can customize the user interface, removing features their users don't need. An .msi file supports silent deployment and silent registration. During installation, PstViewer Pro detects your operating system and automatically installs either the native 64-bit or 32-bit version. Searching .PST Files Find the email messages you need with advanced search options.
Use "quick search" to sift through emails fast. Use "Advanced Search" when you need to specify multiple criteria. Search a specific range of dates, sender, or the recipient's email address. After performing a search of a .pst file, you may have a larger set of emails that you want to give closer analysis. To support this, PstViewer Pro includes message filtering.
Filters provides very fast access to emails that match a set of criteria. Very complex filters may be built, and then saved for re-use on different Pst files. You can apply different filters to the same email set.
Open a Password Protected .PST
If you are being asked for a password each time you try to open a .PST file and you don't know the password, PstViewer Pro may be able to help. Outlook provides two protection mechanisms for PST files: password protection (weak), and encryption (strong). PstViewer Pro can solve the weak password protection mechanism and give you access to the email messages in the PST file. However, strong Outlook encryption (typically AES-256) cannot be brokenby PstViewer Pro..
PstViewer Pro software is distributed as a code-signed .EXE executable and a .MSI Windows Installer Package. The executable version will check for required Windows components and offer to download and install any that may be missing. In enterprise environments, a .msi distributable file is available.
License activation and silent installation can be accomplished by using the command line parameters specified in the help file. An activation free version is available for enterprise site license customers and for use in some shared environment settings.
